Spotted around 8:20 p.m. at the Grapevine Mills Mall: Male. Caucasian. 30-ish. Wearing: hi-top sneakers, pants pulled up to chest, fanny pack, gold cross earing in left ear, huge flowing curly mullet.

Sigh. If only I had my camera on me. I think it's time the "Mullets Across the World" project is ressurected.
