The ride home from work tonight provided me with quite a varied audio experience:
First it was quiet introspection while listening to Simon & Garfunkel's "Sound of Silence." Then came the rocking out to "Pour Some Sugar On Me" by the spandex gods themselves, Def Leppard. (On a sidenote, this guy I used to work with, who coincidentally had a most awesome curly mullet that he was very proud of, had a Def Leppard tattoo and once told me about the time he met them at a meet-and-greet at a Walmart somewhere in Kansas. Rock!) So yes, there was some serious rocking out...we're talking cranking it up to 11, drumming on the steering wheel, fists in the air...it ruled. After that I accidentally started listening to Usher, and it all went downhill from there. It was great while it lasted though.
